Villa 121 is in the heart of Harlem and New York City. The townhouse offers five spacious suites, two of which is a two bedroom suite . Loving care has been taken to preserve the integrity and historical details, boasting beautiful mahogany and oak woodwork , magnificent mantles, and 14- foot high ceilings throughout.

Villa 121 is owner operated by the Toones, a couple of loving artists residing on the premises for over 31 years, who offer contemporary hospitality in an authentic Harlem Renaissance setting. The rooms are comfortably appointed with many original furnishings and fine artworks by the artist in residence.

The townhouse was designed by the firm, Cleverdon and Putzel in 1887 and listed in the National Register of Historic Properties.

Villa 121 is conveniently located ½ block from 5th Ave and Lenox Ave., on a very quiet neighborly block, with free parking. It is a short walk to Columbia University, Apollo Theater, Sloan Kettering, Mt. Sinai Hospital, Harlem Hospital and Central Park.
