Reservation Procedure:  To reserve a room, please email us a message with the following information

1. Names of the guests #persons your group

. Name of the airport/bus-station/train-station

Credit Card, or Cash Guarantee is required to hold and confirm your reservation. 

Credit Cards are accepted :   Master Card, Visa, Amex and Discover                                                                                                                                E-Check  on Pay Pal

Balance must be paid in full upon arrival. We prefer cash. upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 30 days prior to arrival date: entire amount refunded, minus $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date: amount of refunded deposit minus $50.00 cancellation fee.
Between 2 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total of your stay, not including tax – will be forfeited.
If the reservation is not canceled 48  hours before the scheduled arrival, the guest’s credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay.Pay in Full Upon ArrivalNo refunds for early departures

Check_Out is 11 AMFailure to checkout at this time will result in the guest being charged for an additional days booking fee.

No Smoking permitted inside OR outside of Villa 121

No Children under 12  allowed without advance notice

No Pets Allowed ( Except Ossie is the House Mascot )
